Affiliate commissions are paid on a 5-level structure for DNA core products and via a redistribution pool for marketplace business-owner products. Payouts depend on verified sales and may be reversed in case of fraud, chargeback, or refund.
Business owners on DNA are independent entrepreneurs solely responsible for their own products, services, claims, and customer obligations. DNA is a platform, not a guarantor of any business-owner offering.
Reviews on DNA prefer verified purchases. DNA reserves the right to flag, hide, or remove reviews that violate community standards, are non-verified, or appear to be incentivized.
Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not refund past months. Initial $222 fees and one-time purchases are subject to product-specific refund policies and platform-fraud rules.
DNA may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of community standards. Affiliate clawbacks apply on refunded transactions.
